back...History of the Przemysłowa Camp – two-day seminar for tourist guides and teachers (25–26 July 2025)

The Museum of Polish Children – victims of totalitarianism invites professionals in tourism, tour guiding and guide services, as well as teachers interested in conducting classes on the Przemysłowa camp (for pupils over 12 years of age), to participate in a two-day seminar. The seminar aims to present the current state of scientific research on the history of the camp, the Museum's free educational activities and the educational route around the former camp site.
25 July 2025 (Friday): Museum of Polish Children – victims of totalitarianism/ Łódź, ul. Piotrkowska 90
10.00 a.m. – 2.15 p.m.
The first day will be devoted to the history of the camp and the presentation of the multimedia exhibition “Mom, why haven’t you come yet? Letters from the children of the camp in Przemysłowa Street” and the Museum's free educational activities.
26 July 2025 (Saturday): Szarych Szeregów Park in Łódź/ assembly at the Monument to the Martyrdom of Children
10.00 a.m. – 12.00 p.m.
Day two consists of a guided tour of the historical camp site in Przemysłowa Street.
